In response to the urgent need to scale housing delivery, the Canadian Industrialized Construction Coalition (CICC), launched by Assembly Corp., has come together to unite the factory-built housing industry around a bold ambition: enabling Canada to meet its target of building 500,000 homes per year through smarter, faster, and more climate-resilient methods. This document presents a comprehensive set of policy and program recommendations to the federal government to help scale and strengthen the Industrialized Construction sector and bring the government’s housing ambition to life.
