The Mass Timber
Mid-Rise Assembly.

Prefabricated wood buildings, configured-to-order.

5-12 storey mid-rise residential building products for main streets and avenues in urban infill settings. Building core and unit design is repeatable. Exterior façades and floor plans are flexible. Retail space can be incorporated on the ground floor. This typology is suitable for purpose-built rental, condo or affordable housing.

Panelized modular wood construction enables prefabrication offsite to reduce assembly time onsite. Cost savings are achieved through the repeatability of our products. We offer a stipulated sum after validation, offering a higher degree of cost certainty.

Seamless process.

Assembly facilitates the entire building process, from design selection, entitlements, onsite construction, and warranty. Mid-rise assemblies are a select, order, permit and build process completed in up to 50% shorter timelines than traditional construction.
