Assembly offers a building product designed to meet urgent housing needs, ideal for non-profit housing providers and municipalities across Ontario. Assembly’s affordable housing typology has flexible floor plan layouts to meet programmatic, facility and accessibility requirements and can be adjusted for smaller urban sites and larger rural lots.

Our architectural partners, mcCallumSather, are leaders in innovative sustainable design. In practice since 1996, mcCallumSather has been recognized with numerous awards for design excellence, technical capability and environmental design.

Each Assembly project has a dedicated in-house entitlements team that is familiar with municipal requirements. Our panelized modular wood construction method and expedited approval process are able to meet the timeframe and budgetary constraints associated with rapid housing initiatives. We also provide funding application support. We have evolved our products through extensive cost engineering, which allows us to deliver high quality sustainable buildings, built in a fraction of the time.
