We recently came across a project your team was apart of. St Clare’s infill project in Toronto.
We love the concept and the idea behind utilizing modular for efficiency etc. and creating a high density affordable rental product.
I wanted to follow up today to inquire as to what metrics you may have obtained so that in the interest of time, we could assess whether or not pursuing a similar product would be viable. As you are aware, ideas are one thing and we have many. But the execution and green lighting of a project to move forward is all based on the numbers. Do you think you possibly could share what price per square foot we would budget for such a build. This would be a great starting point in understanding the benefits and determining financial viability of similar projects moving forward.
